It is interesting to know that in today’s modern-day and age, there are so many different facets of communication at any given time, but most have inadvertently overlooked listening! So here we are, we listen to you.
  2. We will Probe-  More often than not, just listening does not get us to where we want to go. So we probe too. Asking the right questions gets you the right answers. It may sound like a tedious job but when we come to it, it is quite fascinating how it makes us relive the moments, takes us back to why we started all of it in the first place and reminds us of what actually matters!
